Join us for the best three days of high school theatre in Georgia!

The total cost for ThesCon 2024 is $405.  This includes conference registration (classes, shows, & most meals), transportation, hotel, and chaperone/driver costs.  The exact cost has been determined by the number of drivers/chaperones needed once all students made the first payment.

Payment 1: $150 - Due Friday September 13, 2024 (this payment is non-refundable)
Payment 2: $150 - Due Friday November 8, 2024 
Final Payment: $105 - Due Friday January 10, 2025

How do I sign up to go?

Step 1: Complete Mrs. Coleman's CHS ThesCon 2025 Form and submit first payment- due September 13, 2024

  • Parent and student must sign form
  • Turn it in to Mrs. Coleman or Mrs. Williams by September 13, 2024

Step 2: Complete Georgia ThesCon 2025 Conference Agreement Form - Due September 13, 2024

  • Complete the form, print it, then have a parent/guardian sign it
  • Signatures must be made by hand
  • Turn it in to Mrs. Coleman or Mrs. Williams by September 13, 2024

Step 3: Make Payment 1 - Due September 13, 2024
Step 4: Determine your Thespian Eligibility and Pay Dues (New Inductees only) - Due September 13, 2024
  • You must be an inducted Thespian to attend Thescon
  • Students that are eligible can be inducted before the conference

*There are a limited number of scholarships available. See Mrs. Coleman or Mrs. Williams. Payments can also be made by cash or check in the Drama Club Lockbox, located just inside the Black Box doors.

We understand that some families may need additional time to make payments.  We will work with you as much as possible within certain constraints.
  • You will not be registered with the conference online until the $150 deposit has been paid.  Registration opens October 1 and closes November 17th, unless it reaches capacity before that date.
  • Full payment must be made by January 10th.
